Inspection & Testing
Dove Services offers a complete and through inspection at no cost to you. We use a certified laboratory in order to provide you with the best possible analysis of the mold situation in your home or office. We do not require that you have the mold tested however if you do decide to take advantage of this process it usually takes the laboratory five to seven days to grow the culture and provide us with an analysis.You can rest assured that you are receiving honest and accurate information concerning your home.

Mold Remediation and Decontamination
When your home or business is found to be contaminated with mold it needs to be removed by a professional. Dove Services personel is certified and trained to remediate and restore your property to a safe environment with the minimum of inconvience to you. We have the training, manpower, experience, and equipment to insure that the job is done right the first time. You will be provided with an analysis of your situation, a plan to proceed, and a warranty that insures we will be there for you in the future.

Restoration and Replacement
 In some situations it may be necessary to remove contaminated drywall, flooring, etc. In most cases our remediation provides for this to be done within the remediation process. If it is found that your situation calls for removal and replacement of contaminated drywall, flooring, etc. that is outside the scope of the remediation process, our contractors will provide you with a fair and economical plan and cost.

Air Duct Cleaning and Decontamination
One of the ways mold is distributed throughout a structure is through the air conditioning system. Just as important to address is the fact that mold in a structure can, and most often does, contaminate the air conditioning system. Dove Services provides a complete cleaning and decontamination of the air conditioning system along with a biocide treatment during every mold remediation. We consider this to be one of the most important features of any mold rememiaton process.
